Vila Nova is a small complex situated near Monte Carvoeiro with its varied selection of bars and restaurants and within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre and its beaches.

Villa Nova comprises 26 two and three bedroom large apartments all individually furnished with fully fitted kitchens including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 4 ring stove, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster and coffee maker. Large lounge/dining room with fire place, Satellite TV, double bedroom and twin bedroom both en-suite. The ground floor apartments have enclosed rear gardens with barbecue and front breakfast terraces. The first floor apartments have a large breakfast terrace and stairs leading to private sun terrace with barbecue. Some have sea views.
Parking. Maid service is twice a week.

All ground floor apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms. There are a few two bedroom apartments on the first floor with a sea view. All three bedroom apartments are on the first floor with separate staircase from outside. All apartments have the same layout but furnished differently. We can provide extra folded bed and baby cots free. The apartments are not air conditioned but we provide free standing electric fans on request. All apartments have outside private terrace and the ground floor apartments a small garden with sitting area and BBQ. Sun lounges, umbrellas are provided at the pool area. There is outside toilet by the pool. WI-FI can be used by the pool or at the pool bar/restaurant free. There is a snooker table at the restaurant, computer with internet access at the reception (at extra cost), children playground with lawns. The reception is opened 10am to 6pm 6 days a week.
