Villa Nova comprises 26 two and three bedroom large apartments all individually furnished with fully fitted kitchens including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. All three bedroom apartments are on the first floor. Large sitting/dining room with fire place, Satellite TV, double bedroom and twin bedroom both en-suite are on the first floor. Sliding doors open off to the large sun terrace with outside furniture to enjoy sea views and good weather. Stairs are leading up to the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large roof terrace with BBQ and stunning sea views. Large lounge/dining room with fire place.

The area:
Vila Nova is extremely safe for children as it is in a very quiet residential area. There is a large pool surrounded by lawns with separate children's pool and play area, small informal restaurant, pool bar, mini market, and full on site reception facilities. There are a few restaurants, bars, super market within easy walk from the Complex. The village of Carvoeiro with its pretty beaches and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops is about 10-15 min walk. Two beautiful beaches Praia do Paraiso and Praia do Carvoeiro within walking distance.
