Vila Nova is a small complex situated near Monte Carvoeiro with its varied selection of bars and restaurants and within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre and its beaches.

Very spacious first floor apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), large sitting/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, 2 balconies and outside sun terrace. Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath with shower, toilet and bidet), twin bedroom and another bathroom (bath with shower, toilet and bidet). Both bedrooms have balconies. Sitting room with fire place, comfortable suite, TV with free English channels, dining table. Fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher (not in all apartments), microwave, 4 ring stove, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster and coffee maker.
Sliding doors from the sitting area open off to the large sun terrace with table and chairs to enjoy beautiful sea views. Stairs are leading up to the roof terrace with BBQ.

The area:
Vila Nova is extremely safe for children as it is in a very quiet residential area. There is a large pool surrounded by lawns with separate children's pool and play area, small informal restaurant, pool bar, mini market, and full on site reception facilities. There are a few restaurants, bars, super market within easy walk from the Complex. The village of Carvoeiro with its pretty beaches and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops is about 10-15 min walk. Two beautiful beaches Praia do Paraiso and Praia do Carvoeiro within walking distance.
