Charming duplex cluster villa is situated between the traditional picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo and the popular beach resort of Carvoeiro and only short stroll down to one of the most beautiful beaches Praia dos Caneiros. The villa is situated in the holiday resort just 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the nearest mini market and to a few restaurants.

The villa comprises large sunny sitting/dining room, kitchen and guest bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms, one twin and one double on the first floor. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and balcony. The balcony from the master bedroom has outside furniture to enjoy beautiful sea views. There is a Sky TV, DVD, CD player in the sitting room. Sliding doors from the lounge are opening into the private terrace, garden and a private pool. There is a BBQ and out door eating area which is safely enclosed making it secure for smaller children. The pool area fully equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. Pool is 4X8 m, depth 1,4X1,7 m with proper steps.
Steps from the garden are leading to a spacious roof terrace with furniture.
