The comfortable Sitting/Dining room with TV (Free English channels) has doors leading to the pool area. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 4 ring stove, oven. Two twin bedrooms are on the ground floor with own bathrooms. Master double bedroom is on the first floor with en-suite bathroom. The breakfast terrace from the master bedroom has views over Carvoeiro and to the sea. The dining room has doors to the pool.

Outside:
Good size swimming pool and landscaped gardens with lawns, shaded BBQ area. Plenty of outside furniture, sun beds to enjoy your holidays.

The area:
The villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential area and yet is only a short stroll down the hill to the Carvoeiro village center with its pretty beaches and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. There are a few restaurants and a mini market close by.
