The area:
Sesmarias is a quiet and peaceful village approximately 2,5 km from Carvoeiro center with its wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, tourist shops and the beaches. The beach Praia dos Caneiros is one of the most beautiful on the coast with its famous restaurant with stunning sea views and delicious food is short drive away. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta are located just outside the village within 3 min drive from the villa and Carvoeiro Tennis Club is 10 min walk away. There are a few restaurants, bars, coffee shops and super market in the village within walking distance from the villa. Slide and Splash, a large water fun park is 10 min drive. Zoomarine with its assortment of performing and rare sea creatures and unforgettable experience of swimming with the dolphins is 15 min drive.
