The area:
Sesmarias is a quiet and peaceful village approximately 2,5 km from Carvoeiro center and the beaches. The villa is situated half way between Sesmarias and Gramacho /Pinta Golf Resorts. There is a supermarket at Gramacho golf resort just 5 min walk from the villa. There are a few restaurants, bars, coffee shops and super market in the village of Sesmarias within short drive from the villa. You can walk from the villa to Sesmarias (1000 meters) but bear in your mind there is a steep hill on your way.
The beach Praia dos Caneiros is one of the most beautiful on the coast with its famous restaurant with stunning sea views and delicious food is minutes drive away. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta are located just outside the village within walking distance from the villa and Carvoeiro Tennis Club is around 3 km away. Slide and Splash, a large water fun park is 5 min drive. Zoomarine with its assortment of performing and rare sea creatures and unforgettable experience of swimming with the dolphins is 15 min drive.
