The villa is located in a peaceful area just a few minutes walk to Carvoeiro town centre, with its many shops, restaurants, bars and two beaches.

Newly built luxury villa air conditioned in every bedroom and sitting room comprises of 4 large bedrooms all en-suite bathrooms and guest shower room. Master double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and TV is on the first floor. There is another large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two beds: double and single on the first floor. Sliding doors from both bedrooms open on to a large balcony with beautiful views over Carvoeiro and sea.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a few couches, a log burning fire, satellite TV, DVD, and CD player. Sliding doors leading to sun terrace with table/ chairs and pool area. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: one with double bed and another with two beds: double and single; both with en-suite bathrooms.

Outside:
There is a spacious sun terrace and large swimming pool (5X10 meters; depth 1 m-shallow side, 2m- deep side) with sunbathing area, outside shower, sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool can be heated at extra charge. BBQ area with tables and chairs is on the back of the villa looking at the garden. Steps from one of the terraces are leading on the roof terrace where you can enjoy sunbathing and stunning sea views. Beautifully landscaped garden. Parking for two cars. Fully fenced garden with electric gates and olive hedge. Alarm. There is a shared tennis court about 100 meters from the villa. Carvoeiro Tennis club is 5 min drive.

The area:
The villa is situated in a residential area of Carvoeiro, just 5 min walk to Vila Nova complex with its restaurant, bar, mini market and children play ground. Your children can swim in a large communal pool while you enjoy your drink at Vila Nova bar. Monte Carvoeiro with restaurants, bars, mini market is about 15 min easy walk. Center of Carvoeiro with its busy streets full of bars, restaurants and shops and beach Praia do Carvoeiro are 15 min stroll down.
Gramacho and Pinta golf courses are 5 min, Vale do Milho golf is is also 5 min drive from the villa.
