The villa with private pool

The villa is located in a peaceful area just a few minutes walk to Carvoeiro town centre, with its many shops, restaurants, bars and two beaches.

Newly built luxury villa air conditioned in every bedroom, sitting room and the kitchen and comprises of 4 large bedrooms all en-suite bathrooms and guest shower room. Master double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and TV is on the first floor. There is another large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two beds: double and single on the first floor. Sliding doors from both bedrooms open on to a large balcony with beautiful views over Carvoeiro and the sea. The door from the landing opens to the terrace with a staircase leading to the roof terrace with beautiful sea views.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a few couches, a log burning fire, satellite TV, DVD, and CD player. Sliding doors leading to the sun terrace. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: one with double bed and another with two beds: a double and a single; both bedrooms are with en-suite bathrooms. There is a sofa bed in the large hallway which can accommodate two more people.
Fully fitted air conditioned very spacious kitchen with dining table, TV, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, 4 ring stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster.

Outside:
There is a spacious sun terrace and large swimming pool (5X10 meters; depth 1 m-shallow side, 2m- deep side) with sunbathing area, outside shower, sun loungers, umbrellas, and table with chairs. Pool can be heated at extra cost. BBQ area with table and chairs is on the rare of the villa looking at the garden. Steps from one of the terraces are leading on the roof terrace where you can enjoy sunbathing and stunning sea views. Beautifully landscaped garden with lawns. Parking for a few cars. Fully fenced garden with electric gates and olive hedge. The guests of the villa can use a shared tennis court free which is about 100 meters from the villa.

The area:
The villa is situated in a residential area of Carvoeiro, just 5 min walk to Vila Nova complex with its restaurant, bar, mini market, large swimmining pool, kiddies pool, and children play ground. Your children can swim in a large communal pool (free) while you enjoy your drink at Vila Nova bar. Monte Carvoeiro with restaurants, bars, mini market is about 15 min easy walk. Center of Carvoeiro with its busy streets full of bars, restaurants and shops and beach Praia do Carvoeiro are 15 min stroll down.
Gramacho and Pinta golf courses are 5 min, Vale do Milho golf is is also 5 min drive from the villa.

Maid service twice a week is included.
