All bedrooms are beautifully decorated. Sliding doors from master bedroom and the doors from the upstairs sitting room open off to the large sun terrace with outside furniture and sun lounges to enjoy sun and beautiful sea views. All bathrooms have bath with enclosed shower, bidet, sink and toilet
On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with a few couches, a log burning fire, Large plasma Sky TV, DVD, and CD player. Sliding doors open off to the sun terrace with table & chairs and pool area.
Fully fitted kitchen with American double fridge/freezer, 4 ring stove, oven, dish washer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and ireland which is also used as a breakfast table. Off the kitchen there is a cloak room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. All bedrooms and sitting room are air conditioned. Safe. Alarm.

The villa is situated in a residential area of Carvoeiro, just short walk to Vila Nova complex with its restaurant, bar, mini market and children play ground. Monte Carvoeiro with restaurants, bars, mini market is about 10-15 min easy walk. Center of Carvoeiro with its busy streets full of bars, restaurants and shops and a beach Praia do Carvoeiro are 15 min stroll down. Gramacho and Pinta golf courses are 5 min drive, Vale do Milho golf is is also 5 min drive from the villa. Carvoeiro tennis club is 3 min drive or 10 min walk.
