Monte Carvoeiro with restaurants, bars, mini market is about 15 min easy walk. Quinta do Paraiso beach is 15 min walk. Center of Carvoeiro with its busy streets full of bars, restaurants and shops and a beach Praia do Carvoeiro are 10-15 min (partly down the hill). Gramacho and Pinta golf courses are 5 min drive, Vale do Milho golf is is also 5 min drive from the villa. Carvoeiro tennis club is 3 min drive or 15 min walk.
