The villa is located in a peaceful area just a few minutes walk to Carvoeiro town centre, with its many shops, restaurants, bars and two beaches.

Newly built luxury beautifully furnished villa is air conditioned throughout. The villa comprises of 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sitting room, dining room, fully fitted modern kitchen, conservatory, private pool and garden.
Master double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom (bath, shower with hydro massage, toilet, and bidet) is on the first floor. The doors from the first floor open off to the large sun terrace with a view of Carvoeiro and the sea in the distance.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: Two single beds, sofa, en-suite shower room (shower with hydro massage, toilet, and bidet). The sliding doors open into the garden and pool area.
Bedroom 2: Large double bed, window open into the garden. Shower room is in the hall.
Bedroom 3: Large double bed, window open into the garden. En-suite bathroom (bath, shower with hydro massage, toilet, and bidet)
Sitting room with TV (Satellite with free English channels) and sliding doors open into the garden and the pool area. Separate dining room.
Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, 4 ring stove, oven, juice maker, and toaster.
Off the dining room and kitchen there is a conservatory with comfortable sofas facing the garden.

Outside:
There is a spacious sun terrace and large swimming pool (5X8 meters; depth 1 m-shallow side, 2m- deep side) with sunbathing area, outside shower, sun loungers and umbrellas. BBQ area with tables and chairs is on the back of the villa looking at the garden. Beautifully landscaped garden. Parking for a few cars. Fully fenced garden with electric gates. Alarm. There is a shared tennis court about 100 meters from the villa.

The villa is situated in a residential area of Carvoeiro, just 5 min walk to Vila Nova complex with its restaurant, bar, mini market and children play ground. Your children can swim in a large communal pool while you enjoy your drink at Vila Nova bar. Monte Carvoeiro with restaurants, bars, mini market is about 15 min easy walk. Center of Carvoeiro with its busy streets full of bars, restaurants and shops and beach Praia do Carvoeiro are 15 min stroll down.
