The villa
This one story villa comprises a spacious sitting/dining room with fire place and cable TV with English channels, DVD player and music system. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, 4 ring stove, oven, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. Three bedrooms: two twin bedrooms with en-suite full bathrooms, double bedroom and a shower room.

Outside
The doors from the sitting room open off to a sun terrace with the outside furniture where you can enjoy excellent views of the Atlantic Ocean . The terrace leads into the private garden with swimming pool with sun bathing area and BBQ area.
The pool area is fenced and secured by gate. Pool 4X7 meters, depth: shallow side 1m, deep side 1,90. There are steps on the shellow side. The steps from the garden lead on to the roof terrace with sea and mountain views. Private parking. Maid service twice a week. Available for winter long term rent.

The area
The villa is situated in a very peaceful area 10 min walk from Vale do Milho golf course and 5 min drive or 25 min walk from center of Carvoeiro village center with its wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, tourist shops and the beaches. Benagil beach and Praia do Marinha are short drive away. Praia do Centianes is 15-20 min walk from the villa. There are a few restaurants and a mini market within walking distance from the villa ( opened only in summer). Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta are 10 min to drive. Slide and Splash, a large water fun park is located 6 km away. Zoomarine with its assortment of performing and sea creatures is 15 min to drive.

SPECIAL WINTER DISCOUNTS: November to March. For staying for 4 weeks or more = £175.00 a week with maid service once a week. The cost of the electricity in winter months is to be paid by the tenant.
