Outside:
The villa is set in very large mature, nicely landscaped gardens. Very large pool 6X11m with sun beds, umbrellas and table with chairs around. The pool area is fenced around with gates. There is a Barbeque terrace outside the kitchen facing the gardens and pool. Shaded breakfast terrace is off the sitting room. The villa has private parking.

The area:
The villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential area and yet is only a 10 min walk from the Carvoeiro village center with its pretty beaches and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. There are a few restaurants and a mini market close by. Monte Carvoeiro with restaurants, bars, mini market is about 10 min easy flat walk. Close to Carvoeiro there are many beaches and small villages, with some really excellent restaurants to choose from. Large Water Park is 10 min drive, Zoo Marine is 15 min drive. Two 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta along with a 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho are located just outside the village and Carvoeiro Tennis Club is 3 min drive.
