4 bedroom Villa Casa Larotil is situated in one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of Carvoeiro Benagil.

The open plan living / dining room with a fire place, comfortable suite, bar, satellite TV. Sliding doors open off to the garden. There are two twin bedrooms: one with en-suite shower room and another with en-suite cloak room are on the ground floor. Two other bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed and another with a double bed sharing full family bathroom are on the first floor. There is also a small single bedroom on the first floor. All bedrooms are bright and specious. There are an extra sitting area and two very large sun facing terraces with beautiful country and sea views on the first floor. The villa has spacious fully fitted kitchen with dish washer, 4 ring cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine. There is a family breakfast table in the kitchen. There are free standing fans in the villa.

Outside:
Very large pool area with sun beds, umbrellas and poolside shower. Pool is 5X10 m, shallow side 50 cm, deep side 2m. BBQ shaded terrace is off the kitchen and looking at the pool and gardens. Two private sun facing terraces with beautiful country and sea views on the first floor. Private garden and parking for a few cars.

The area:
Situated to the East of Carvoeiro, between the beaches of Marinha and Benagil, this area is one of the most picturesque along the Algarve coast, combining spectacular rock formations with sandy bathing beaches. The villa is very private and surrounded by vineyards. Two most beautiful beaches are 1500 meters from the villa and accessible via a wonderful countryside walk from the villa. Benagil, a cozy fishing village with a nice beach & restaurants is just a short drive away. The old fishing town of Carvoeiro center with its bars, restaurants, shops and some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal is 4,5 km away. The Gramacho and Vale da Pinta Golf Courses to the West of Carvoeiro are about a 15 minute drive away. There are a few restaurants within walking distance to the villa.
The villa is set away from main roads in its own fully fenced large grounds making it an ideal, safe base for children
Maid service is provided twice a week.
