Master bedroom with king size double bed is very spacious and has mirrored wardrobes, sofa, full en-suite bathroom and private terrace. Two twin bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms and private terrace each and a double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and TV with French doors opened on to large sun terrace. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

Ground floor:
Air conditioned sitting room with large screen plasma TV with English channels, fire place, CD, DVD player and Stereo system. French doors open on to the large sun terrace overlooking pool and the garden. Internet connection is available free of charge. (Please bring your own laptop) Separate dining room and fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine, grill, oven, fridge, hob, dish washer and freezer. Guest bathroom by the ground floor entrance.
The villa has central under floor heating which makes it attractive for winter lets.

Outside:
Very large 6X12m heated swimming pool with Roman steps at the shallow side. There are plenty of sun lounges and umbrellas around the pool. The pool is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with lawns and pathways and a few peaceful sitting areas.
Large sun terrace with granite table, chairs, BBQ and fridge for the drinks is looking over the pool and the gardens. There is a game room with table tennis and pool table to keep children busy. Driveway and private parking for numerous cars. The garden is fenced and has an electric gate.

The villa is situated approximately 10 min drive from Carvoeiro center in a very quiet residential area. There are a few famous beaches within 10-15 min drive. It takes 45 min to drive to Faro airport, 10 min to large water park Slide & Splash in Lagoa, 15-20 min to Zoomarine. Pinta and Gramacho golf resort are 10 min drive from the villa.
