Spacious family villa with large private pool and garden set in the residential quiet area just 10 min walk to the nearest beach and a few min drive to Carvoeiro

The villa:
Upon entering the villa you come through to the dining area and separate lower spacious sitting room with fire place, TV with free English channels, CD player. Fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker-oven, microwave, two fridge/freezers, coffee machine and toaster. A side door leads out to the outhouse with washing machine and drying area. Two bedrooms share a shower room. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and 2 bunk beds and can accommodate up to 4 children. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the doors open into the sun terrace and pool area. There is a guest toilet in the entrance hall.

Outside:
Patio doors from the sitting room lead off to a side terrace area with plenty of outside furniture. The large terrace area is shaded by roller blind and over looks swimming pool (12m x 6m ) with Roman steps and a separate outside shower. There are sun lounges and umbrellas around the pool. The terrace continues round the property to a larger brick built BBQ. The whole villa is surrounded by private gardens adding to your own privacy. There is a private court yard on the other side of the villa. Steps from the court yard lead up to the roof terrace for private sun bathing where you can enjoy fantastic view of the countryside and sea. Private parking for several cars in front of the villa. The garden is fenced and has gates.
The villa can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children.

Extras:
We provide electric heaters in winter and free standing electric fans in summer. There are a baby cot and high chair in the villa.

The area:
The villa is situated in a very peaceful area 5 min walk from Vale do Milho golf course and 5 min drive or 25 min walk from center of Carvoeiro village with its wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, tourist shops and the beaches. There are a few beaches within easy reach: Praia de Centianes is just 10 min walk, Praia do Carvalho, Praia do Benagil, Praia da Marinha and Praia do Carvoeiro are within short drive from the villa. Rocha Brava with its restaurants, bars and mini market is 10-15 min walk. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta are 10 min to drive. Slide and Splash, a large water fun park is located only 6 km away. Zoomarine with its assortment of performing and sea creatures is 18 km.
