We stayed at the villa Casa da Mila in the end of August 2010 and we all enjoyed our stay enormously. Carvoeiro is a very nice town with no high rise development at all. The villa is sited a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The center of the town is a bit further and ideally either a car or bike ride would be best. If you fancy walk to the town center it will take you about half an hour. Very nice easy walk on the top of the cliffs along the coast.
The villa is very nice and extremely comfortable and everything worked well. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The welcome we received was very helpful, quite laid back and unobtrusive.
We would all be happy to visit Casa Mila and Carvoeiro again. All in all a lovely holiday.

We spent two wonderful weeks in Carvoeiro this august. The villa is very very spacious. We were three adults and four children and I think three more adults could easily accomodate there. The swimming pool is great. The summer kitchen with barbeque was superb. It is very well maintained and the assistance from owner's agent was full. The property is just 5 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Carvoeiro. Nice restaurants just next door. We definetely recommend the Villa for family stay or reunion.
