Villa Quinta Alto dos Salicos is situated approximately 4 km from the center of the old fishing town of Carvoeiro with its bars, restaurants, shops and is just a short drive from the nearest beach.

Very spacious and extremely beautiful villa is furnished to the highest standards with personal touches. The villa has a large private swimming pool, sun terraces with dining furniture and a very large landscaped garden with lawns and relaxing views of the country. There is an outside bathroom by the pool, large covered terrace with furniture, plenty of sun lounges and umbrellas to make your holidays pleasant.
The open plan living room features comfortable couches and armchairs, satellite TV, CD player and separate dining area. There is a second sitting room on the ground floor. Doors from the living room open on to the pool area with sun beds and a spacious shaded terrace with barbecue and dining furniture. Pool is 11x5 meters with proper steps and shallow side.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two double bedrooms are on the ground floor and a twin bedroom is on the first floor with private sun terrace and private sitting room.
The villa has fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, 4 ring stove and toaster. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen. Separate guest bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
The area:
Quinta dos Salicos is a quiet residential area with a few bars, restaurants and a mini market closeby. It is situated approximately 2,5 km from Carvoeiro center with its bars, restaurants, shops, beaches and night life. Nearest supermarket is 5 min drive. The most popular beaches of the area Praia da Marinha, Praia do Benagil and Praia do Carvoeiro are only 5 min drive. Within ten minutes drive of the village many more beaches can be found, ranging from small quiet coves in Ferragudo to long wide beaches in Armação. There are several water parks and a Zoo Marine within a short drive. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta along with a 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho are located just outside the village and Carvoeiro Tennis Club are 3 km away.
Maid service is provided twice a week. Linen and towels changed once a week.
