The villa is in a quiet residential area with a few bars, restaurants and a mini market close by. It is situated approximately 2,5 km from Carvoeiro center with its bars, restaurants, shops, beaches and night life. Nearest supermarket is 5 min drive. The most popular beaches of the area Praia da Marinha, Praia do Benagil and Praia do Carvoeiro are only 5 min drive. Within ten minutes drive of the village many more beaches can be found, ranging from small quiet coves in Ferragudo to long wide beaches in Armação. There are several water parks and a Zoo Marine within a short drive. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta along with a 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho are located just outside the village and Carvoeiro Tennis Club are 3 km away.
