There are three bedrooms on the ground floor: double bedroom (en-suite) and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The fully fitted kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Maid service is provided twice a week.

The area:
This private villa is ideally situated in a quiet area in Vila Nova complex and yet is only a 10 min walk from the Carvoeiro village center and two beaches. Vila Nova with superb restaurant, bar, communal pool, children play ground and mini market is ideal place for the families with children. Your family can also use communal pool. Beach Praia do Paraiso is 10 min walk. Monte Carvoeiro with restaurants, bars, mini market is about 10 min easy walk. Center of Carvoeiro with its busy streets full of bars, restaurants and shops and beach Praia do Carvoeiro are 10-15 min stroll down. Within ten minutes drive of the village many more beaches can be found. Close to Carvoeiro there are many small villages, with some really excellent restaurants to choose from. Large Water Park is 7 min drive, Zoo Marine is 15 min drive. Two 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta along with a 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho are located just outside the village and Carvoeiro Tennis Club is 3 min drive.
